Meets at the Temple.

 

Everyone is welcome to join us for a day of meditation and practice that includes:

• Five hours of seated and walking meditation (instruction provided)

• Lojong service

• Work practice

• Soto Zen-style chanting service

• Open discussion

 

Lunch will be a vegan potluck, so please bring a dish to pass. (Include a note listing ingredients for those with food preferences, allergies, or sensitivities.)

 

Registration ends at 5 p.m. on Friday,  April 26.
