1-Day Yongmaeng Jeongjin - Silent Retreat

Yongmaeng Jeongjin means “Fearless Practice”. Silent meditation-based retreats can be a crucial way to “jumpstart” your practice. It is a time for you to disconnect from everyday worldly affairs and to become deeply intimate with the inner workings of your mind as you deepen your concentration practice. Retreats are typically reserved for GRBT program students, long-time students of the Buddhadharma, or those with serious meditation experience. Please check the calendar for upcoming dates.
